More CUTC (Sans Photographs)

    Okay, finally Im getting to write more about CUTC. Problem is that Ive waited so long to write about all of this, I may have forgotten a lot. Okay, so anyway. Day 2. I missed the morning keynote, was supposed to be good, Allan Vermeulen CTO Amazon. The reviews were that he was a very dumb guy, saying a lot of smart things. I still don't get it. Anyway, I reached just in time for the RIM Techshop. It was a waste of time, I wish I had slept more. Well anyway, after I came out of there, I found Iqbal and friends going down to BCE Place for lunch, I had no idea Joel Spolsky was gonna be there too! Man that guy is really smart. I can't remember what but I learnt important things from him, they will probably pop up sometime when I need them. Anyway back from lunch (I have Marche's Angus Burger and Chocolate Mousse) it was the tech expo, lots of freebies there. The Waterloo Robotics club had some interesting robots. And apart from that Deloitte seems like a good company to work for, and Waterloo's MBET program seems good, the guy said I gave him 7 million $ for a new building, he would even call it the UofT building! After that was the Imagine Cup. We were in the lets do business stream, Me, Juno, Iqbal, Leyla and Philip. We got second place, they gave us T-Shirts so now we had more to add to our many from before.
After that me Arpit, Sina and Juno went to the Indian Buffet, I think the name was aroma. Really good food, an interesting and fun dinner.
    Day 3, finally starting at a sane time. There was a tech pannel in the morning, and a Seminar with Jim Mitchell. I skipped both. I got there in time for the Rosaleen Citron Keynote about Whitehat. I didn't like it too much. Others really liked it. Then was the good part. Think tank. Out of pure luck, I got in David Ossip's think tank. Really Great! More useful info that will pop up when I need it. One lesson learnt, VC's are a pain in the ass. The the next part, was the Formal Closing Banquet. Really good food, Chicken Breast Stuffed with feta cheese and spinach I think. And mousse for dessert. Everyone looked all dressed up and good, I think Juno was probably the best looking person there! After dinner we took lots of pictures, and then there was a crappy DJ, there was some dancing, it was fun, but as it began to die a little we left. Overall awesome conference. Made some great new friends! Here are the pictures. Lets see what all I can remember.
